Sarah is experienced at inspiring a wide range of audiences by explaining how Psychology can work for them. She has presented her research on the relationships between leadership, employee engagement and organisational culture at the British Psychological Society’s DOP Conference and Association of Business Psychology Annual conference.
In 2019 Sarah appeared on the BBC One Breakfast TV show as an expert Organisational Psychologist discussing Gareth Southgate’s approach to Leadership. As a Principal Practitioner for the Association of Business Psychologists Sarah was awarded the Excellence in Engagement and Employee Experience Award. Sarah was also awarded the prestigious Chairman’s Choice Award for Business Psychologist of the year 2019.

Sarah has a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Occupational Psychology and 20 years of leading teams in a variety of disciplines and industries. She is registered with the BPS, DOP, ILM, ABP and a certified CBT Coach. Members of the team are all fully accredited in their own disciplines e.g. CIPD, ICF or ILM.
